FAQ's

How big is your trailer?
Our trailer dimensions are 4.5 X 2.5 X 2.6 (L, W, H). Please ensure there is sufficient space to allow our trailer into your location.

Can we choose or own pizzas?
Of course! We provide a standard menu where you can chose from a selection of our favourite's if you are unsure. We also take special requests where you can create your own pizzas for the menu. You can also chose the names of your pizza's to fit the theme of your event and make it that extra bit special. The menu will be displayed on our van for all guests to see.

How much does it cost?

Our services start from as low £7 per head! This means we can cater to all budgets and provide a more cost-effective catering solution for our customers. Don't wait any longer, contact us now to receive your quote!

How long will you serve for?
Our standard timeframe is a 2hr service, (excluding the setup and pack away time). If you require additional time please let us know and we can cater for this.

What if it rains?

If you experience rain on the date of your event, we are happy to provide a buffet table indoors where we can carry the pizzas to be served. Please be aware that this will make the service slightly slower due to walking between the table and the trailer. We will also need permission from the venue owner to allow us to serve the pizza indoors.

Do you provide plates?
Yes. As standard with out buffet style catering we supply paper plates and napkins. Pizzas will be sliced and served on pizza serving trays. We also provide pizza box's for any left over pizza for you to enjoy after the event.

Can you provide your insurance details for our venue?
Yes, we can send you a copy of our public and product liability insurance certificate, along with our risk assessment and food hygiene documents.

Do you need access to a power supply?

Our trailer is equipped with battery's meaning we do not need access to any external electricity supplies. We do not use any generators either to avoid any noise disruption at your special event.

Are you registered with the FSA?
Yes, we are currently awaiting inspection.

​

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

Upon booking we require a 20% deposit to secure your booking. No booking will be secured until the deposit is received. The remaining 80% will be due 14 days before your event. If you fail to pay the invoice on time, your deposit will not be refunded, and we may cancel your booking. If you would like to pay the full balance before the 14 day period please let us know and we can arrange this.
